Our primary market is McCracken, Graves, and Marshall counties — where Ryan has the deepest subcontractor relationships, the most site experience, and the fastest response times. We build custom homes and coordinate multi-family projects across the region. MCM builds in Kentucky only. Projects outside the primary counties are evaluated individually based on scope and schedule.

The Dirt Work, Handled by the Same Name
Before a foundation goes in, the site has to be right — clearing, grading, drainage, building pad, and a driveway that holds up to construction traffic. That work runs through Morreau Land & Site, our excavation and site-prep company, managed by Ryan under the same written-scope standard as the build.
It means one person answerable for the ground and the house, and no gap between the excavator leaving and the framer showing up.
